As a Security Analyst, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building an in-depth technical and functional understanding of (Broadcom) Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection.
- Acting as the primary backup service delivery resource for Managed Services customer, providing:
- Incident triage – as data loss and other potential incidents occur, you provide the first line of defense: responding to new events, escalating to the customer when necessary, and advocating for a streamlined end-to-end workflow.
- Systems administration – you are the technical subject matter expert on a given solution and lead the proactive upkeep and maintenance of all solution-related systems.
- Program Development – you help to drive our solutions and engagements as part of data protection “programs,” carefully planning program objectives and encouraging involvement from stakeholders throughout the customer’s organization.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and issue resolution.
- Help develop internal and external processes and procedures for Managed Service delivery and training of new resources.

What We’re Looking For:
Required education and experience
- At least one or more years of work experience with transferrable skills (e.g. data analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, help desk / IT Support)
- Relevant industry-recognized certifications validating foundational knowledge (e.g. Security+, Network+, etc.)
Preferred education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience engaging with a distributed, virtual workforce
