What you’ll do:

  • Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
  • Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Protect and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience viligentally
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company

  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globally
  • Experience mentoring junior teammates
  • Experience working in both small and large tech companies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of business and/or corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
  • 2+ years of experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best
