Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to computer users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
- May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Junior: 1 year of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Journeyman: 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Senior: 4 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- SME: 7 years of relevant experience + Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Additional years of experience may be substitute for the degree.
