Job description:

The Office Coordinator/Receptionist is in charge of all Front Desk duties and are expected to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

The right candidate will also perform administrative duties related to the Admissions and Student Services Departments. The position coordinates and collaborates daily with each department for their immediate needs which requires a high degree of flexibility.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the institution in a positive manner by acting as the first point of contact.
  • Record all relevant activities, including daily telephone calls, appointments, and enrollments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Experience with CampusVue a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Min. of 2 years of Administrative/Receptionist experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Must demonstrate excellently customer service and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
